Pure virus-like particles (VLPs), nucleic acid-free and safer

The unique assembly process of virus-like particles assembles 5 Cap proteins into a pentamer and 12 pentamers into a VLP, which has better immunogenicity than Cap protein alone. The structure of the VLPs was resolved by high-resolution cryo-electron microscopy, and the surface structure of the assembled VLPs and the viral capsid could be seen.

Pure antigen and sufficient content

Through bioinformatics analysis, combined with gene modification and recombinant cloning technology to construct the optimal strain, the process optimization of fermentation and protein chromatography purification, to achieve the purity of purified Cap protein reached more than 95%, and the content of PCV2Cap protein in each head of vaccine on the market is more than 100μg.

Patented aquae adjuvant Freemix^TM for early antibody production and long maintenance time

This vaccine is accompanied by an internationally advanced aquae adjuvant Freemix^TM which is prepared by colloidal polymer cross-linked copolymer into nano-microspheres with a spatial reticulation structure inside the microspheres, which has high efficiency in adsorbing antigens, thus realizing long-lasting and slow release, and can efficiently recruit immune cells. The vaccine is easy to be absorbed after immunization and has low side effects. It produces antibodies 7 days after immunization and lasts for more than 6 months.

Safe, efficient, and convenient

The continuous syringe imported from Israel and the custom-made 10# needle imported from Italy can reduce the trauma and stress to the herd and improve the production efficiency while achieving accurate and convenient immunization.

Recommended immunization program

• Replacement pigs: vaccination 2 times at 3-4 weeks interval before breeding, 2ml/head each time.
• Sow: vaccination 1 time at 4-6 weeks before farrowing, or 3-4 times a year/head as general immunization, 2ml/head each time.
• Piglets: vaccination 1 time at 2-4 weeks of age, 1ml/head.
